Meeting Channing Taum and Amanda Seyfried


A friend of mine had told me that they were going to be in san francisco for their press tour for their movie Dear John.




It was going to at a macys in the city, Originally I was going to be there at 11 but I had some delay, so I ended up getting there at 11:30, 11:40, When I got there there was a line already, I ended up being number 64, my friend came with me that lives near by, running because the event people were counting down how many people were there, it was only going to b 200 people meeting them, so about 30mins later, there was about 100 people in line, when they started handing out wristbands
which assured your spot.


Around 2:00, there was about 100 more people into the line. We were lined up by the side of the stage where the actors were going to be seated. In the center front across from the stage, the photogs and security were in front and in the back there was fans who were only looking to see from far, I would assume it was like about 300 people, just looking. In total I think it was about 500 to 5:50 if I include all the event personel.Originally It was scheduled at 4 but it ended up started until 4:30. After waiting for about 5.5 hours, I finally saw Amanda & Channing.


The room went wild in screams, everyone was trying to film them when they arrived on stage. I saw Amanda first, so tiny and then bam...Channing, He is really tall, dressed really nice.
I was not too far from the stage, enough to see them both from my side. So the screaming never stopped lol and they both were talking to us, but I only heard half lol Amanda was filming with her camera all of us,






so Chan also helped her out get the view, he asked us to say I love You for the cam. They thanked everyone for coming and so it began.

They procceded to sit down on the chairs by the table on the stage, supposely the line was moving fast, I was screaming, and excited thinking oh my god they are right there, sooo close.
For about 2 mins I was in the line but right in front of them, so me and my friend were taking video n photos of them.





The people in charged told us earlier we couldnt take photos once we were going to meet them, there was 2 ladies on each side plus security, which one of them I found out I knew as well, placed in the front. Once we were like 3 people away they would take your belongings and give it to you until you were done.




So when I was in the front of the line, I was soo excited, I walked to the table and Amanda was there, She was very nice and soft spoken, with her beautiful big eyes, I talked to her for a sec, she said hi how are you etc and I told her I was a huge fan of hers since she did mean girls. She was like wow, that was a long time, thank you... around that time I kinda glanced on my right and I see Chan...I felt like I was dreaming, I got distracted and Amanda was done signing my poster, so I thanked her and I hugged her.

In my mind, I said ok little squeeling voice shut up, breathe and talk to him....I walked like two steps and I was right in front of Channing, he was getting the poster that Amanda signed, so he wasnt looking, when he looked at me, I felt like I was gonna not be able to talk because he was even more better looking in person, those eyes, that face, his voice. He goes hello how are you doing? smiling, I said Hello,etc he started signing my poster, so I tell him, I wanted to let you know that I been huge fan of yours ever since you did Coach Carter, He looks surprised, oh really? aww you are soo sweet, that was a long time ago...wow thank you. He gets up and hugs me, I felt his lips near my cheek...I remember feeling lightheaded and felt like I was dreaming and even more I thought come on you need to finish, (plus during the whole convo I had to speak soo loud and he had his face leaned near my face)

Keep in mind that this was like 2mins, all the other girls just got a hug and the autograph so it was less than one min, I felt the chic behind already done with Amanda and I was still there with Chan.
I see in the corner of my eye on my right the event lady moving her hand kinda signalling hurry hurry, in my mind I go fuck it its once in a lifetime, I will take longer to finish talking to him...So I did, I told him all the admiration I had for him etc etc and he got up and hugged me again.

After that the lady gave me my purse, they took off the wristband, and I had to walk down, that was a blur, I remember feeling butterflies on my stomach, feeling hot and was about to scream n squeel I saw my friend and we squeeled and we hugged, I was shaking...and I kept saying oooh mmmy GOD.

I been a fan of his for years and in a million years I didnt think i was going to meet him like that and be able to talk to him. Jan 29 will always be remembered as one very special day that everytime I think of it I squeel and remember the feeling I had.

I didn't write out all the conversation with Chan because it was too long and some of it I dont remember in detail, I made an impression and that's what I wanted.:)

Ok..everyone can hate me now :)
